Vegan Berry Crunch Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup kale or baby spinach, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon black chia seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1-2 teaspoons light honey or agave
  • Toppings
  • 1/2 banana, sliced
  • 1/4 cup organic berries
  • 2-3 strawberries, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons almonds or walnuts, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons raw pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut shavings, raw or toasted
  • 1/4 cup Love Crunch Granola

How to Make It

Blend first 6 ingredients together until smooth.

Transfer to a bowl and garnish with desired toppings and enjoy.
