Ingredients

  • 1 Cup homemade bone broth or pre-made bone broth
  • 1/2 Cup full fat coconut milk
  • 2 Teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/2 Teaspoon ground ginger (or 1/4 tsp fresh grated ginger)
  • 1 Teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 Tablespoon ghee or coconut oil
  • 2 Tablespoon honey
  • 2 Tablespoon collagen powder (optional)
  • Pinch of black pepper

How to Make It

Heat bone broth/water and coconut milk in a medium saucepan until warm.

Add all ingredients to a high speed blender.

Blend until frothy and pour into two coffee mugs.
