  • 1 Tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 Tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 1-2 Teaspoon maca powder
  • 1 Tablespoon fermented cacao powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 Tablespoon fermented or whey protein powder - unsweetened and unflavored
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 Cups unsweetened dairy-free milk or goat milk
  • 1 Cup sweet potato (cook, freeze, then add to smoothie)
  • 2 medjool dates, pitted

How to Make It

Chop sweet potato into smaller cubes and steam until fully cooked. Freeze overnight

Add add all ingredients to a blender

Serve and enjoy!
