We’ve taken a favourite Keto Bread mix and dressed it up! With the addition of dried cranberries and orange zest, you get a flavourful loaf that’s perfect for sharing. Finish with a delicious cacao butter drizzle for that final sparkle!

Ingredients

  • 1 package Homegrown Living Foods Keto Bread Mix
  • 1 1/2 cups Water
  • 1/4 cup Coconut oil, liquid
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 cup Lakanto Monk Fruit Sweetener, classic
  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened Dried Cranberries
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • Drizzle
  • 2 tbsp Cacao butter, melted
  • 4 tbsp Lakanto Monk Fruit Sweetener, classic

How to Make It

Pre heat oven to 350F and line a loaf tin with parchment paper. Grease the tin with your favourite oil or butter.

Add the entire contents of the bread mix to a large mixing bowl. Add water, liquid oil, vanilla extra and monk fruit sweetener to the dry loaf mix. Stir together to combine (the dough will be quite thick).

Stir in dried cranberries and orange zest until combined. Then, press the loaf mixture into the baking tin, making sure it’s evenly distributed. Bake for 1 hour. Allow to cool completely in the pan before removing to a cooling rack and making and drizzling with the cacao butter-monk fruit mixture

To make the drizzle, add the monk fruit sugar replacement to a high speed blender or food processor and blend into a powdered mixture (about 1-2 minutes) - it will look like icing sugar.

Melt cacao butter over low heat. Once melted, remove from heat, stir in powdered sugar to get a drizzle mixture. Drizzle the mixture over the loaf immediately. Slice and serve!

Store the loaf in a paper bag for up to 1 week or freeze pre-sliced or whole.
