In a mixing bowl stir together Alpha MCT oil, maple syrup, pumpkin seed butter, cacao powder and ground cinnamon until combined.

Add in rolled oats, shredded coconut and hemp hearts.Stir to combine; mixture should be somewhat crumbly and slightly sticky.

Roll into 10-12 balls using hands (use about 1 1/2-2 tbsp per energy ball).
