Walking on Sunshine (Immune Support)

Ingredients

  • 1 navel orange, peeled & Cut into quarters
  • 1 small turmeric, rough chopped into large pieces
  • 1 inch knob ginger, rough chopped into large pieces
  • 1 teaspoon flaxseed oil
  • pinch black pepper
  • 2 drops Natural Factors Anti-Viral

How to Make It

Add all ingredients except Anti-viral to Vitamix and blend until everything has emulsified.

Strain through a nut mylk bag into a bowl.

Add drops of Anti-Viral to the juice in the bowl.

Pour the juice from the bowl into a pop-top bottle or mason jar.

Makes 1/2 cup of juice.

  • Oranges are packed with Vitamin C to support you immune system. Ginger is also create for your immune system as it’s anti-bacterial and helps soothe sore throats (if a cold persists). Turmeric is known for it’s anti-inflammatory properties and is best absorbs with black pepper and a fat which is why we added the flax seed oil.
