Sleepy Tea

A combination of herbs that will relax and soothe your mind to allow for a better sleep!

Sleepy Tea

Total Time:





  • 1 Tablespoon dried lemon balm leaf
  • 2 Teaspoons dried holy basil
  • 1 Teaspoon fennel seeds
  • 1 Teaspoon chamomile
  • 1 Teaspoon dried lavender
  • Add 1 Teaspoon of honey to tea (optional)

How to Make It

Add all ingredients to a small pot or tea pot and bring water to boil.

Let the tea steep for 3-5 minutes.
