Equally delicious served hot or cold, this bright and tangy latte is a great caffeine-free alternative.
Add ginger and cinnamon to a small pot. Bring to a boil and then remove from heat.
Add the dried hibiscus to the pot, cover and let steep for 2 minutes. Note: steeping more than 2 minutes could curdle the milk.
While the ingredients are steeping, heat up the milk to desired temperature.*
Strain the piece of ginger, cinnamon, and dried herbs.
Add steeped mixture and heated milk to a mug
Add maple syrup, stir and enjoy
*Try an iced version! Skip heating up the milk and add some ice
