Cut bacon into small pieces and saute in a large saucepan until limp and almost cooked

Add the water and bring to a boil. Peel and chop the potatoes and add to the pan. Simmer until almost tender

Shake the flour with some of the milk and add to the pan, along with the rest of the milk
4.
Bring to a boil until the soup is done, stirring often. season to taste.
