Liver and Let Live (Liver Support)

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch green kale, rough chop
  • 1/2 lemon, peeled
  • 1/2 clove garlic
  • 2 drops Botanica Milk Thistle tincture

How to Make It

Add all ingredients (except) tincture) to a Vitamix and blend until emulsified.

Strain through a nut mylk bag into a bowl.

Add drops of tincture to the juice in the bowl.

Pour the juice from the bowl into a pop-op bottle or mason jar.

Makes 1/2 cup of juice.

  • Lemon helps the liver function properly and help the body eliminate any toxins. We added garlic as it is high in selenium and sulphur which helps with detoxification. Milk Thistle has liver-protecting properties which makes it an extra boost in this shot.
