Add rosemary to a bowl and pour the 2 cups of filtered water over it. Let sit for 1-2 hours to diffuse.
Muddle the rosemary in the water using the back of a spoon and pressing the rosemary up against the walls of the bowl.
Strain the water into a measuring cup and add the Ener-C powder. Whisk to combine.
Add lemon juice to the Ener-C mixture and stir to combine.
Pour the Ener-C mixture into 3 glasses and top with carbonated water.
Garnish with ice cubes and rosemary.
