Preheat gas or charcoal grill to medium-high.
In a food processor or blender, combine cilantro, sour cream, lime juice, and salt and puree until cilantro is chopped and mixture is smooth.
Place potatoes in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and boil for 5 to 7 minutes until they can be pierced with a fork. Drain and slice potatoes lengthwise into wedges.
Brush potatoes with oil and place on grill. Grill for 2 minutes a side until grill marks appear.
Plate grilled potatoes and drizzle cilantro cream over potatoes. Garnish with additional cilantro and a pinch of sea salt.
