Cassava Flour Rosemary Crackers

Cassava Flour Rosemary Crackers

  • 2 cups Cassava flour
  • 1 - 1/2 tsp Dried rosemary
  • 2 tsp Sea salt
  • 1 Medium Egg
  • 2 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil

How to Make It


In a food processor, combine flour, rosemary and salt. Pulse to mix. Add egg and oil; pulse until just combined


Roll out dough between 2 pieces of parchment paper. Roll as thin as possible. Remove top layer of parchment and slide onto a cookie sheet. Using a pizza wheel cut out crackers.


Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden. Let cool completely on a rack.
