  • 2 carrots, peeled & chopped
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 cups coconut mylk (not can)
  • 1 tbsp ground flax
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 tbsp coconut, shredded

How to Make It


Add all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy immediately!
