Ingredients

  • 450-500 grams Top Grass Lean Ground Beef
  • 1/4 cup Quick Oats
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 clove Garlic clove, grated
  • 1/2 inch Ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp Ground Pepper
  • 2 Green Onions, minced
  • 1/4 cup Goat Feta, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Plain Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Chili Sauce or Hot Sauce
  • 4 UnBun Hamburger Buns
  • Toppings Kimchi, Cucumber Slices, Lettuce

How to Make It

1.

Preheat the oven to 375F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper (make sure the pan you use has higher sides)

2.

To a bowl add the lean ground beef and mix in gently with your hands the oats, sesame oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, shredded ginger, ground pepper and minced green onions.

3.

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and form into 4 burger patties. Place on the baking sheet, press your thumb down to make a dent in the middle of each burger and cook for about 20-25 mins or until internal temperature of 160 F

4.

While the burgers are cooking, prep your toppings and mix yogurt, feta and chili sauce together for your burger sauce - set aside.

5.

To assemble each burger, add sauce to the bottom half of the burger bun. Then layer lettuce, cucumber slices, patty, and top with kimchi. Enjoy!
