Our Customer Care Team is a group of highly trained experts who answer all questions about our products and services, for all of our locations. If you have a question, concern, or comment about any of the products we carry, or any general inquiries about Community Natural Foods and affiliates, one of our Customer Care Team Agents would be happy to assist you. All calls directed to our retail locations are now directed through Customer Care. Our agents have the same level of training as our associates in-store and would be pleased to assist you.

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM
Saturday-Sunday:  9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
