  • 1 cup Gluten Free Quick Oats
  • 1/2 cup Sprouted Walnuts
  • 1/2 cup Sprouted Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1/4 cup Hemp Heart Seeds
  • 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/2 cup Smooth Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 cup Dried Goji Berries
  • 1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 1 scoop Prairie Naturals Red Superfoods Powder

How to Make It


Line a 8 x 10 cake pan (or close to that size) with parchment paper


Add walnuts, pumpkin seeds, cinnamon, and Red Superfood powder to a food processor. Blitz until roughly chopped (on a few seconds). Set aside


In a bowl, add quick oats, hemp seeds, goji berries, peanut butter, honey, chocolate chips, and the ingredients from the food processor. Mix until combined. Add more honey and/or peanut butter if mixture is not adhering.


Add mixture to your cake pan and firmly spread until even. Store in fridge for at least 2 hours to set and serve cold.

Note: Bars will fall apart if you serve at room temperature
