Ingredients

  • 1 cup Tree Island Plain Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Everland Maple Syrup
  • 1 tbsp Vital Proteins Collagen
  • 2 tbsp Manitoba Hemp Hearts
  • 1/2 cup Community Naturals Grain Free Vanilla Almond Granola
  • 2 tbsp Community Naturals Ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 Orange, peeled & sliced into segments
  • 1/2 Grapefruit, peeled & sliced in segments

How to Make It

1.

First mix plain yogurt with maple syrup and vital proteins collagen.

2.

Then mix together granola, flaxseed and hemp hearts.

3.

Lastly, assemble each parfait by layering yogurt, granola mixture and orange and/or grapefruit segments in cups or jars until full.
