Rosemary and Nettle Hair Rinse

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoon dried stinging nettle
  • 2 Tablespoon dried rosemary
  • 1 Teaspoon organic raw apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Cups Water

How To Make It
  1. Add 2 cups of water to a pot
  2. Bring water to a boil and remove from heat. Add the dried stinging nettle and rosemary
  3. Cover and let steep for 30 minutes
  4. Strain the tea and add to a glass container
  5. Add the apple cider vinegar and stir the mixture
  6. Add the mixture to a spray bottle and store in the fridge or a cool place
How To Use It
  1. Wash and condition hair, then apply liberally from root to tip
  2. Massage the mixture into your scalp and hair ends for 3-5 minutes
  3. You can either leave the hair rinse in or wash out with cold water
