2 Tablespoon dried stinging nettle
2 Tablespoon dried rosemary
1 Teaspoon organic raw apple cider vinegar
2 Cups Water

How To Make It
Add 2 cups of water to a pot
Bring water to a boil and remove from heat. Add the dried stinging nettle and rosemary
Cover and let steep for 30 minutes
Strain the tea and add to a glass container
Add the apple cider vinegar and stir the mixture
Add the mixture to a spray bottle and store in the fridge or a cool place
How To Use It
Wash and condition hair, then apply liberally from root to tip
Massage the mixture into your scalp and hair ends for 3-5 minutes
You can either leave the hair rinse in or wash out with cold water
