Mushroom Burger Wrap

A delicious, plant-based twist on a classic wrap! This Mushroom Burger Wrap combines hearty Sol Cuisine Vegan Mushroom Rice Burgers with creamy avocado spread, crisp romaine, tangy sauerkraut, and fresh radish slices—all wrapped in your favorite tortilla for a flavorful and satisfying meal.

Ingredients for Two Wraps

  • 2x Sol Cuisine Vegan Mushroom Rice burger, cooked
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tbsp vegan yogurt or sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • juice from a quarter of a lime
  • pinch of pepper
  • 6-8 pieces romaine lettuce
  • 1 large watermelon or purple daikon radish, sliced (about 6-7 slices per wrap)
  • ¼ cup Wild Brine Garlic & Dill Sauerkraut
  • 2 large wraps of choice

How to Make It
  1. Cook two Sol Cuisine Vegan Mushroom Rice burgers according to package directions.
  2. While the burgers are cooking, prepare the avocado mash by combining the avocado, vegan yogurt or sour cream, salt, lime juice and pinch pepper in a bowl and mash/mix together to make a spread.
  3. To assemble the wraps, divide the avocado spread between two wraps, spreading onto the middle of each wrap.
  4. Next add 3-4 lettuce leaves to each wrap on top of the avocado layer. Then add the radish slices followed by the mushroom rice burgers (sliced in half) and finally top with 2 tbsp of sauerkraut per wrap.
  5. Roll the wrap in your favourite way and enjoy immediately OR wrap in parchment paper if taking to a picnic or to eat later.
