Blueberry Apple Salad with Blueberry Basil Vinaigrette

2/3 cup fresh blueberries
1 apple, thinly sliced
4 cups arugula
1 cup alfalfa sprouts
1/2 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
Blueberry Basil Vinaigrette
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1/3 cup packed basil leaves
1 tsp raw honey, adjust to taste
1 tsp lemon zest
3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp of cold water, plus more as needed
1/4 tsp salt, adjust to taste

In a blender or using an immersion blender, combine all Blueberry Basil Vinaigrette ingredients. Blend until smooth. If needed, add 1 tsp of water at a time until the vinaigrette is smooth and lightly pourable.
In a large bowl, combine arugula, sliced apples, blueberries, alfalfa sprouts, and walnuts.
