Grocery shopping can feel overwhelming at times. You read the label, and you’re still wondering if the product is gluten-free. Calgary Celiac wants to give you the tools to shop with confidence.
Join the Calgary Celiac Association as they show you how to read labels to identify a gluten-free product and teach you some strategies for navigating the grocery store.
The program is free, but a donation of $10 would be much appreciated to cover the costs.
