Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Green tea (steeped from a bag of tea)
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 2 1/2 tbsp Gelatin
  • 2 1/2 tbsp Gelatin

How To Make It
  1. In a small pot, heat 1 cup of water over high heat and bring to a boil. Turn off the heat and add in the green tea bag. Let steep for 1 minute and then remove the tea bag.
  2. Turn the heat back on to medium-low and whisk in honey, gelatin and matcha powder. Whisk vigorously for 2-3 minutes, until ingredients are completely dissolved.
  3. Remove the pot heat from the heat and pour into a measuring cup with a pourable spout.
  4. Put the gummy bear mold(s) onto a sheet pan. Fill molds with mixture from the pot and scrape off excess if needed.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set. Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
