Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries
- 2 cups plain greek yogurt
- 13 cups maple syrup, agave or honey
- *Make these vegan or dairy free by using coconut or oat yogurt
How to make it
- Puree strawberries, yogurt and sweetener to taste in a food processor until smooth.
- Divide the mixture among freezer-pop molds, stopping about 1 inch from the top.
- Insert the sticks and freeze until completely firm, about 6 hours.
- Dip the molds briefly in hot water before unmolding.
