Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Community Naturals Apple Spice Kombucha
  • 1 large ripe frozen banana
  • 1 small carrot, chopped
  • 1 pitted date
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp fresh minced or grated ginger (or 1/4 tsp ground ginger)
  • 1 healthy pinch ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 – 1 cup dairy-free milk
  • 1 scoop plain or vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • Top with 1 tbsp chopped walnuts or hemp seeds
  • Ice for desired consistency

How To Make It
  1. Add kombucha, banana, apple, date, cinnamon, vanilla, fresh ginger, dairy-free milk and protein powder to a high-speed blender and blend until creamy and smooth.
