Kelly Kollins Mocktail

This simple yet tasty mocktail is perfect for when you are craving something fresh and light. And even better, you get a variety of vitamins, minerals, and electrolytes that will keep you hydrated and healthy!

Ingredients

  • 1 package Ener-C Lime Flavour
  • 2 cups filtered water
  • 1 cup sparkling water
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 2 sprigs rosemary, plus more for garnish
  • ice cubes

How to Make It
  1. Add rosemary to a bowl and pour the 2 cups of filtered water over it. Let sit for 1-2 hours to diffuse.
  2. Muddle the rosemary in the water using the back of a spoon and pressing the rosemary up against the walls of the bowl.
  3. Strain the water into a measuring cup and add the Ener-C powder. Whisk to combine.
  4. Add lemon juice to the Ener-C mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Pour the Ener-C mixture into 3 glasses and top with carbonated water.
  6. Garnish with ice cubes and rosemary.
