Blueberry Lemon Avocado Smoothie

  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • juice of half a lemon
  • handful of ice
  • optional: 1 scoop protein powder or collagen of choice

How to Make It
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender, starting with the almond milk.
  2. Blend on high speed until fully incorporated. Adjust the consistency with more almond milk or ice if needed.
