Apple Saskatoon Berry Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Jewels Under the Kilt Ceylon Cinnamon Walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Oatbox Organic Oatmeal – Apple cinnamon flavor
  • 1/4 Cup Prairie Berries Freeze Dried Saskatoon Berries
  • 1 Tablespoon black chia seeds
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 Cup milk (plant based or dairy)

How to Make It
  1. In a mason jar mix oatmeal, chia seeds, vanilla, milk, and freeze dried blueberries.
  2. Seal jar with a lid and place in the fridge overnight
  3. When ready to eat, add chopped walnuts and any other toppings you wish. Enjoy!
