Have you ever wondered how that delicious honey travels from the hive to your jar at home? Join local beekeeper Linda Symmes as she demonstrates the fascinating process of honey extraction. Observe how raw honey frames from the hive at Community Natural Foods are prepared for extraction, then take a turn spinning the handle to watch pure honey flow out. Experiment with various tools and gadgets, and be prepared to get a little sticky! Aprons and hairnets will be provided for your convenience.
