  • 1 cup Strawberries, frozen
  • 1 cup Blueberries, frozen
  • 2 Bananas, fresh
  • 1/2 cup White beans, cooked & drained
  • 1/2 cup Milk of your choice
  • 1/2 cup Cauliflower, frozen
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 scoop Protein powder of your choice
  • 1 tbsp Honey

How to Make It

Add all the ingredients into a blender and process to obtain a smooth, deep pink liquid.

Adjust to your taste and texture preferences, adding more milk or water, berries, or bananas for sweetness.
