Salad

  • 14 fl oz/ 398ml chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 english cucumber, medium diced
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 red bell pepper, medium diced
  • 1 avocado, medium diced
  • 1 cup alfalfa sprouts
  • 1 tbsp fresh oregano, finely chopped

Kombucha Balsamic Dressing

  • 4 tbsp kombucha balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp salt, adjust to taste

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together kombucha balsamic, olive oil, and salt until well combined.
