Our current online shopping platform was acquired by Instacart and will be shut down on April 8. To keep your online shopping seamless, we’re moving to Instacart Storefront and Instacart Marketplace starting April 9.
Any orders not submitted by April 8 will need to be recreated on the new Instacart site.
Instacart Storefront is our curated online store, just like our existing site. You’ll log in with your existing credentials, and you can choose delivery or curbside pickup.
Instacart Marketplace lets you shop from multiple retailers in one place. You’ll need to create an Instacart account to shop here, and delivery or curbside pickup is available
Use the same shop.communitynaturalfoods.com url. It will take you to the new site where you’ll be prompted to log in with your existing credentials.
Yes, it will look a little different, but the search bar is more intuitive.
At this time, you will not be able to redeem Community Bonus Cash, Clipped Offers, App Game Wins or Stamp Cards, Challenges or Vouchers
You will still earn Community Bonus Cash, earn stamps and rewards, fulfill challenges with your online order.
You can redeem Community Bonus Cash in-store.
Instacart manages picking and delivery in Calgary now. Your order will come from the store closest to your delivery address. You will have more delivery windows, including same day delivery, or you can schedule up to 7 days in advance.
Yes, delivery will be $9.99.
They pay at the till with a credit card, just like any customer. If they’re shopping for a Community Natural Foods member, they enter your member number at checkout. Seniors 65+ that are App Members will receive their 5% Senior Community Bonus Cash on every transaction.

Instacart handles all picking for delivery orders in Calgary. Delivery orders out of Edmonton will continue to be picked by our store team.
Our team continues to pick all curbside orders. Curbside pick up is free.
