    Protein Smoothie Squares

    Ingredients

    Crust

    1 ½ cups Hemp Yeah! Granola – Honey & Oats

    ½ cup walnut pieces

    ¼ cup Hemp Yeah! Plant Protein, Max Fiber – Vanilla

    ¼ cup coconut oil, melted

    Layer 1

    2 ½ cups frozen raspberries

    1/3 cup Hemp Yeah! Plant Protein, Max Fiber  – Vanilla

    4 Medjool dates, pitted

    1 cup orange juice

    Layer 2

    ½ banana

    2 cups frozen peaches

    4 Medjool dates, pitted

    1 cup oat milk

    Instructions: 

    Line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper.

    In food processor, combine crust ingredients until an even crumble is formed then press firmly into lined baking pan.

    Blend layer 1 ingredients in blender until smooth then spread an even layer over crust and freeze 15-30 minutes.

    Blend layer 2 ingredients then spread an even layer over Layer 1 and freeze 4+ hours until solid.

    Remove from freezer 10-15 minutes before cutting. Cut into 9 - 16 squares, cleaning knife in between cuts.
