Nicole, the founder of Late July, grew up in the natural food industry. She spent her childhood in her mother’s health food store and on the production floor of her father’s potato chip company. Even as a teenager, she dreamed of creating healthier products that could hold their own against traditional packaged snacks. In 2002, her dream turned into a passion, and eventually into a business as she founded Late July.
