1 cup hot sauce
½ cup butter
1 tsp garlic powder
2lbs chicken wings
2 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp smoked smoked paprika
Melt the butter in a sauce pan.
Add in the hot sauce and whisk until combined.
Add in the garlic and mix and set aside.
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Add the wings to a bowl and add in the salt, pepper, smoked paprika and baking powder.
Mix until wings are well coated.
On a baking sheet place a wire rack.
Spread out the wings so they are not clumped together on the pan.
Place in oven and cook for 1 hour turning the wings every 20 mins.
Place in bowl and toss with the buffalo sauce.
Serve and enjoy!
