Taking the First Step Towards Your Walking, Running or Triathlon Goals

Have you ever thought about training for your first walking/running event or even a triathlon? Achieving a milestone goal is a huge accomplishment and more attainable than you think. Join the ladies of Tri It Multisport and RnR Premier Events as they walk you through everything you need to know about this journey. They will review choosing an event, basic training principles, nutrition for training and on event day, ideal clothing and accessories, and more! Nutrition samples will be provided during the talk.

Richelle Love has over 15 years of experience coaching triathlon and cycling. She has over 25 years of experience racing mountain bikes, run events, triathlon and various run distances from 5km's up to Ultra distances. She is known as the organization master and is the co-race director for all of the RnR Premier Events races. Her joy comes from seeing others succeed and aim for their goals.

Rose Serpico has embraced the practice of yoga for over 30 years. She has been a devoted yogi growing and developing her practice. She also enjoys participating in triathlon and run events of all distances. She also loves the up-and-coming sport of SWIM-Run and finds it a unique challenge. She is the most creative on the RnR team and is always working to bring new amazing ideas to the make the events even better for the participants. You can find her on the sidelines or at the finish line of the RnR events (and most other events around Calgary) cheering the loudest and supporting the most!
