  • Learn practical stress reduction techniques to recover from burnout and the barriers that get in the way

Arlene Ambrose is a Certified Health and Stress Management Coach, Registered Nurse, and Author. She trained at the Health Coach Institute specializing in brain and mood health, is a facilitator of the Nedley Depression and Anxiety Program and conducts various wellness workshops throughout the year.

She helps women reduce stress and recover their health and emotional well-being through holistic lifestyle changes.
