Seniors Tea Time

We wanted to offer a gathering for the seniors of our community to come together, make connections and learn something new.

We wanted to talk about the importance of electrolytes and learn a simple homemade recipe to keep you hydrated and then round it off with a grounding exercise and meditation to help keep you present and aware.
