Penny has been in the health and wellness field for over 25 years. She has a deep curiosity and love for the human body and all of the interconnections. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Diploma in Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and Diploma in Natural Nutrition (CHNC). She is also a Certified Metabolic Balance Coach. After she graduated from CSNN Calgary, she founded Rootology Wellness Therapy and now has a home-based practice serving clients all over North America. She enjoys delivering workshops and speaking to groups of women about holistic health and wellness!

When not working with clients you can find Penny in the mountains of BC with her family where she finds joy and balance in nature. She is passionate about supporting women in mid-life to improve the state of their health and wellness. She has vast experience with educating and supporting women who are struggling with health issues like weight gain, inflammation and pain, fatigue, blood sugar imbalance and hormone fluctuations.
