In this talk we will review the hormones of the brain known as neurotransmitters. We will have a specific focus on dopamine, the doing transmitter, and serotonin, the being transmitter and how these neurotransmitters must function in a divine balance or suffering will ensue. We will review the basic building blocks of these transmitters as well as how to engage with everyday life to ensure these remain in balance. Using the principles of nature and understanding mind to align with the peace and joy that we all are.
