  • 1/4 tsp Sea salt
  • Juice from a 1/4 of a lime
  • Pinch of pepper

How to Make It

Cook two Sol Cuisine Vegan Mushroom Rice burgers according to package directions. While the burgers are cooking, prepare the avocado mash by combining the avocado, vegan yogurt or sour cream, salt, lime juice and pinch pepper in a bowl and mash/mix together to make a spread.

To assemble the wraps, divide the avocado spread between two wraps, spreading onto the middle of each wrap.

Next add 3-4 lettuce leaves to each wrap on top of the avocado layer. Then add the radish slices followed by the mushroom rice burgers (sliced in half) and finally top with 2 tbsp of sauerkraut per wrap.

Roll the wrap in your favourite way and enjoy immediately OR wrap in parchment paper if taking to a picnic or to eat later.
