Prep:
Add 2 cups of water to a pot.
Bring water to a boil and remove from heat. Add the dried stinging nettle and rosemary.
Cover and let steep for 30 minutes.
Strain the tea and add to a glass container
Add the apple cider vinegar and stir the mixture
Add the mixture to a spray bottle and store in the fridge or a cool place
How to Use:
Wash and condition hair, then apply liberally from root to tip.
Massage the mixture into your scalp and hair ends for 3-5 minutes.
You can either leave the hair rinse in or wash out with cold water
