  • 456 grams cooked beetroot, peeled and diced
  • 250 grams Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1-2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 100 grams walnuts

How to Make It


Peel and dice the beetroot into bite-sized cubes.


In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, honey, finely chopped garlic, salt, and pepper. Whisk the ingredients together until the dressing is well combined. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
