    Ingredients

    1/2 cup frozen pineapple
    1/2 cup coconut milk
    16oz Ginger Kombucha
    2 scoops Vital Proteins Collagen (Marine or Bovine)
    mint leaves for garnish (optional)

     

     

    Instructions:

    Fill ice cube trays with kombucha - let it fizz and then top so it’s ¾ full to the top. If you fill to the brim, it will overflow as it freezes. You’ll use approximately ¾ cup of kombucha.

    Once the kombucha is frozen, add to a blender along with frozen pineapple, coconut milk and collagen and blend until smooth.

    If it’s too thick, you can add more coconut milk and/or kombucha (unfrozen) until you get the consistency you’re looking for.

    Garnish with mint leaves and serve immediately.
