    Base Ingredients

    1/2 cup filtered water, boiled
    1/2 cup full fat coconut milk
    1 tbsp coconut oil or ghee
    1 tbsp honey

    For Sleep

    1 tsp Botanica Lavender Moon Mylk powder

    For Skin

    1 tbsp Genuine Health unflavoured marine collagen 
    1 tsp Do Matcha organic matcha

    For Energy

    1 tbsp Harmonic Arts Kickstart powder

    For Stress

    1 tsp Organika Pink Mylk Latte powder

    For Inflammation

    1 tbsp Organic Traditions Turmeric Latte powder
    (optional) replace water in base with boiled Bone Brewhouse Lemon Ginger bone broth



    1. Boil water or heat up bone broth

    2. Add all ingredrients to a blender. Blend for 30 seconds

    3. Pour into a mug and enjoy!
