    BBQ Grilled Flatbread

    1 flatbread
    1  Mans Organic Tomato On The Vine
    6-7 slices salami
    3 Rafferty Farms basil leaves
    ½ cup Springbank mozzarella cheese
    4 tbsp Ricotta Cheese
    Olive Oil
    Balsamic Glaze




    Slice the tomato and salami very thin.
    Grate the mozzarella cheese and cut the basil into thin strips.
    Turn the grill on high heat.
    Brush the flatbread with oil, place on the bbq and brown on both sides.
    Drizzle with more oil. Add the tomato, mozza, salami, and ricotta.
    Remove from direct heat, cover, and cook until the cheese is melted.
    Remove from the grill, add the basil and drizzle the balsamic glaze on top.
    Serve and enjoy!
