Sometimes, the locals know best. That's the case with Raincoast Trading. It started in 1995 when a fishing family dedicated to local products decided to make their quality seafood more accessible to people. They single cook their fish and pack it in natural fish oils, creating a rich, dense flavour with loads of extra nutrients. The principal packer of Raincoast Trading's seafood is the historical St. Jean's Cannery and Smokehouse in Nanaimo.
